The quality of access depends on the customer’s device and internet connection.
§4 Scope of Services
The store offers pre-recorded instructional video tutorials available online, downloadable materials (if applicable), a user account and a wishlist.
Products are provided via an embedded video player, email link or external download server.
§5 Conclusion of Agreement
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The customer selects a product, provides required information, chooses a payment method and accepts the terms.
The agreement is concluded after payment.
Access is provided via the account or email.
§6 Payments

§7 Access to Products
Access to the course is granted without time limitation, for the duration of the store’s operation.

§8 Right of Withdrawal
In the case of digital products delivered online, the customer acknowledges that after access to the product has been granted and the service has begun, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost in accordance with applicable law.
By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
§9 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Regardless of statutory withdrawal rules, the store offers a voluntary 7-day refund if the course does not meet the customer’s expectations.
To request a refund, the customer should contact magda@zatanczmy.pl and provide the order number.
The refund will be processed within 14 days.
The store reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases of abuse.

Complaints may concern lack of access, technical errors or non-compliance of the service.

Codes have expiration dates, may be subject to restrictions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
